On this day, the archive was visited by 10th-grade students of the military-patriotic orientation of the State Educational Institution <strong>Secondary School No.4 in Lida<\/strong>. The heads of departments <strong>O.V.Ivanch<\/strong> and <strong>A.Yu.Lavrukevich<\/strong> addressed the audience with a welcoming speech, noting the importance and significance of the archivist profession. The students were told about the history of the formation and development of archival work in the republic, the main areas of activity of archives, as well as about archivists who made a significant contribution to the preservation of the documentary heritage of the region.<\/p>\n<p>During the event, a dialogue began between archivists and children, thanks to which the students formed a view of the work of an archivist. The stated goal of the event &#8211; to understand the importance and significance of the archivist profession &#8211; was achieved.
