On June 19, 2025, a meeting of the National Technical Committee for Standardization TC BY 28 \u00abDocument Management\u00bb<\/strong> was held in Minsk, in which authorized representatives of organizations – members of the technical committee took part:<\/p>\n

– Director of the institution \u00abBelarusian Research Institute of Document Science and Archival Affairs\u00bb Rybakov Andrei Evgenievich<\/strong>;
\n– Leading Archivist of the Department of Records Management and Formation of the NAF of the institution \u00abBelarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation\u00bb Zhuk Olga Yuryevna<\/strong>;
\n– Deputy Director of DataBox Archive Systems LLC Zhurnevich Anatoly Sergeevich<\/strong>;
\n– Deputy Director of Dual Lab Bel LLC Dubrov Boris Mikhailovich<\/strong>;
\n\u2014 Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Educational Innovations of the Faculty of Sociocultural Communications of the Belarusian State University Artem Mikhailovich Nazarenko<\/strong>;
\n\u2014 Head of the Archival Work Group of the Main Directorate of the Secretariat of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus Vitaly Vasilyevich Gorkavy<\/strong>;
\n\u2014 Deputy Director of the RUE \u00abCenter for Digital Development\u00bb Mikhail Yuryevich Chashchin<\/strong>;
\n\u2014 Head of the Implementation Department of Electronic DELO LLC Mikhail Romanovich Kotenev<\/strong>;
\n\u2014 Employee of the Operational and Analytical Center under the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Viktorovich Antipenko<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Other authorized representatives of organizations – members of the technical committee took part in the work in absentia.<\/p>\n

The meeting was also attended by invited representatives of the Department of Source Studies of the Faculty of History of the BSU Professor M.F.Shumeiko<\/strong> and Associate Professor T.D.Gernovich<\/strong>, as well as employees of the BelNIIDAD who participated in the development of the draft standard.<\/p>\n

The main issue on the agenda was the discussion of the draft state standard of the Republic of Belarus STB 2059-2025 \u00abOffice Work and Archival Affairs. Terms and Definitions\u00bb<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as STB 2059-2025), prepared by the institution BelNIIDAD.<\/p>\n

During the discussion of the revised draft STB 2059-2025, it was decided to clarify a number of terms contained in the standard. In particular, the advisability of including the terms \u00abofficial document\u00bb and \u00ablegal significance of documents\u00bb in the standard was discussed. During heated discussions, the definitions of the terms \u00aboriginal document\u00bb, \u00abduplicate copy\u00bb, \u00abdocument form\u00bb and others were clarified, as well as translations of terms into English and Belarusian. A number of clarifications were made to the terms related to the sphere of work with documents in electronic form, film, photo, and audio documents.<\/p>\n

Following the meeting, it was decided to approve the submitted draft STB 2059-2025, taking into account the comments and suggestions of the technical committee members<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At the end of the meeting, the prospects for developing state standards in accordance with the competence of TC BY 28 were discussed.<\/p>\n
