As part of the International Archives Week<\/strong>, the head of the records management and formation department of the National Archive Fund, Kutas I.G.<\/strong>, and the archivist of this department, Akdag I.A.<\/strong>, visited a number of organizations, sharing their experience in the field of archival work.<\/p>\n

At OAO \u00abChurleny\u00bb<\/strong>, they held a seminar on preparing documents for permanent storage, compiling case inventories and acts on the destruction of documents with expired storage periods. Particular attention was paid to practical methods of proper filing of documents, contributing to their safety and ease of use in the future.<\/p>\n

The Izhsky rural executive committee<\/strong> discussed the development of local legal acts and the process of transferring documents for permanent storage to the state archive, including the submission of materials for approval by archival services.<\/p>\n

The Lyubansky rural executive committee<\/strong> considered the issues of maintaining and storing household books, as well as working with electronic documents. The specialists introduced the participants to the capabilities of the automated information system \u00abDepartmental Archive\u00bb, which allows organizing data and increasing the efficiency of archival work.<\/p>\n

At Novaya Lyubaniya OJSC<\/strong>, the main focus was on the transfer of documents, organizing their collection and compiling inventories of personnel files. The storage and destruction periods of documents, the need for timely examination of their value were also considered in detail.<\/p>\n

Concluding a series of working visits, the specialists visited memorial sites associated with the events of the Great Patriotic War. They honored the memory of not only the heroes who gave their lives in the struggle, but also the victims who suffered during the years of military trials<\/strong>. This final chord of the trip emphasized the importance of preserving historical memory and the importance of archival work in transmitting historical truth to future generations.<\/p>\n
