As part of the events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, on May 29, 2025, the institution \u00abState Archives of the Mogilev Region\u00bb<\/strong> was visited by representatives of the Mogilev regional organizations of political parties and regional public associations.<\/p>\n

Among the guests were representatives of the Republican Party of Labor and Justice<\/strong>, the Belaya Rus party<\/strong>, the Mogilev regional organization<\/strong>, the Mogilev regional public association \u00abRussian House\u00bb<\/strong> and the public association of Mogilev artisans \u00abShchyraya Maisternya\u00bb<\/strong>. The participants of the excursion got acquainted with modern technologies necessary for storing and using documents. The banner exhibition \u00abAgain, let’s look closer to the past\u00bb<\/strong>, dedicated to the events of the Great Patriotic War and the post-war restoration of the city of Mogilev, aroused keen interest among those present.<\/p>\n

The tour continued with a visit to the reading room, where guests could ask archivists questions about documents and their search in the archive. At the end of the event, the tour participants got acquainted with the most interesting archival documents and watched the documentary film \u00abThe History of the Great Victory\u00bb<\/strong>, prepared by the institution \u00abBelarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
