On May 5-6, 2025, the International Scientific Conference \u00abThe Path to Victory. New Directions and Sources for Studying the Great Patriotic War\u00bb<\/strong> was held at St. Petersburg State University<\/strong>. The forum brought together military history experts from Russia, Belarus and China<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Deputy Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as NARB), PhD in History S.V.Kulinok<\/strong> took part in the forum. He handed over the latest editions of NARB to the university, including the illustrated collection of documents \u00abOperation Bagration. Partisans of the Belarusian Land…\u00bb<\/strong>, prepared within the framework of the \u00abLibrary of the Union State\u00bb<\/strong> project.<\/p>\n

S.V.Kulinok spoke at the section \u00abMilitary actions at the front and in the occupied territory\u00bb with a report \u00abNazi punitive operations in Belarus: terminology, legal framework for conducting, total number\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
