Its development began in July last year and was successfully completed just in time for the holiday of state symbols.<\/p>\n<p>In the center of the new square, a granite pedestal with a three-dimensional image of <strong>the State Emblem<\/strong> and <strong>the text of the Anthem of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong> was installed. Two LED screens are also located here. The main entrance to the new landmark of Vitebsk is from Stroiteley Avenue, where there is an interactive panel with information for citizens and guests of the northern capital.<\/p>\n<p>The celebration of <strong>the Day of the State Flag<\/strong>, <strong>State Emblem<\/strong> and <strong>National Anthem of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong> took place today at a new location &#8211; a flagpole was installed.
