The management of the State Institution \u00abCentral Laboratory for Preservation of Documents of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Belarus\u00bb<\/strong> held a meeting with students of the sponsored Minsk V.Z. Khoruzhaya Printing College<\/strong> on the eve of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War as part of the \u00abArchives to School\u00bb campaign<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On May 7, students and teachers gathered in the college assembly hall for a lesson on Memory and Patriotism to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the tragic and heroic events of our history.<\/p>\n

Before watching the documentary film \u00abThe History of the Great Victory\u00bb<\/strong>, created by BGAKFFD<\/strong>, the Director of the Central Laboratory V.L. Klyuiko<\/strong> and the Chief Engineer of the Laboratory, member of the Council of the Belarusian Union of Officers, Reserve Colonel V.A. Vitushko<\/strong> spoke, telling the students about the tragic pages of the history of Belarus during the Great Patriotic War, about the genocide of the Belarusian people, the heroism of Soviet soldiers and partisans, emphasizing the importance of preserving the historical truth in the face of modern challenges and the importance of being ready to defend the Motherland.<\/p>\n

Deputy Director of the College for Educational Work V.P. Podgayskaya<\/strong> thanked the archival service of Belarus for the very important action \u00abArchives – to School\u00bb<\/strong> for the patriotic education of youth.<\/p>\n
