The management of the State Institution \u00abCentral Laboratory for Preservation of Documents of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Belarus\u00bb<\/strong> held a meeting with senior pupils of Minsk Gymnasium No.42 named after Zh.I.Alferov<\/strong> on the eve of the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War as part of the \u00abArchives to School\u00bb campaign.<\/p>\n

The students were very interested in the banner exhibition \u00abWe stood firm and won\u00bb<\/strong> presented by the NARB<\/strong>, which was located in the lobby of the gymnasium.<\/p>\n

Then, in the assembly hall, before watching the documentary film \u00abThe History of the Great Victory\u00bb<\/strong> created by BGAKFFD<\/strong>, the director of the Central Laboratory V.L.Klyuiko<\/strong> and the chief engineer of the laboratory, member of the board of the Belarusian Union of Officers V.A.Vitushko<\/strong> spoke, emphasizing the mass heroism of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, the importance of preserving the historical truth in the face of modern challenges and readiness to defend the Motherland.<\/p>\n

After watching the film, the director of the laboratory V.L.Klyuiko handed over to the library of the gymnasium the publications of the archival service of Belarus \u00abPartisans of the Belarusian Land\u00bb<\/strong> and \u00abArchives. Nothing but the Truth\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Deputy Director of the gymnasium for educational work S.A.Drozd<\/strong> warmly thanked the archival service of Belarus for the very important action \u00abArchives – to School\u00bb<\/strong> for the patriotic education of the younger generation.<\/p>\n
