As part of the republican campaign \u00abArchives for School\u00bb<\/strong>, the institution \u00abZonal State Archive in Molodechno\u00bb<\/strong> organized a \u00abLesson of Memory\u00bb for 7th-grade students of the State Educational Institution \u00abMolodechno Sanatorium Boarding School\u00bb<\/strong>. The event became an important step in educating young people to respect history and preserve cultural heritage.<\/p>\n

Archivist Olga Berezovskaya<\/strong> held an inspiring and educational tour called \u00abGetting to Know the Archive\u00bb. Participants learned about the creation of the archive, got acquainted with the specifics of the work of archivists, and also saw unique documents that are evidence of past eras. Their storage in the archive aroused interest and respect for the process of preserving historical heritage.<\/p>\n

The final and culminating moment of the lesson was the screening of the film \u00abThe History of the Great Victory\u00bb. Archivist Maria Mechkovskaya<\/strong> revealed to the students the exciting process of creating newsreels, allowing them to look behind the scenes of archival work. The important events reflected in the film revived historical memory and gave the children the opportunity to feel the spirit of those heroic times.<\/p>\n

This initiative has become a powerful educational tool that helps develop a sense of belonging to historical heritage in schoolchildren. Such lessons awaken interest, strengthen respect for the past and inspire future generations to preserve the rich history of their country.<\/p>\n
