The seminar was organized by the state archive jointly with the Bykhov District Executive Committee on the basis of the district executive committee.<\/p>\n<p>The head of <strong>the state institution \u00abBykhov District Archive\u00bb<\/strong> was also invited to the seminar as a listener.<\/p>\n<p>Specialists of the state archive covered issues related to records management and the work of archives of organizations, including the implementation of the AIS \u00abDepartmental Archive\u00bb. The speakers focused special attention on the preparation and transfer of permanent storage cases, the storage periods of which in the organization have expired, to the state archive.<\/p>\n<p>Specialists of the state archive answered questions from representatives of organizations.<\/p>\n<p>The participants&#8217; attention is drawn to the need to subscribe to the industry scientific and practical journal \u00abArchives and Records Management\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table border=\"0\"  width=\"100%\" cellpadding=\"5\" cellspacing=\"0\" class=\"gen_table\">\n<tr align='center'>\n<td align='center'><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/1-300.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" id=\"media-1069457\" class=\"wp-image-1069457 alignnone size-full\" width=\"60%\" \/><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td align='center'>1.
