On April 24, 2025, at the Zonal State Archives in Rechitsa<\/strong>, employees of the department for work with archives of organizations, acquisition and office work held a seminar on the topic \u00abNomenclature of files of the village executive committee\u00bb<\/strong>. It was attended by the chief specialist of the Rechitsa District Council of Deputies V.N.Krasovskaya<\/strong> and the managers of the affairs of the village councils of the Rechitsa District.<\/p>\n

The following issues were considered at the seminar: changes in the legislation on drawing up the nomenclature of files; the work of the archive of the village executive committee, the concept of the expert commission and the regulations on it; the procedure for filling out the passport of the village executive committee. Reports on these issues were made by employees of the department for work with archives of organizations, acquisition and office work: I.V.Komar, G.S.Zhandarova, V.L.Suvorova, E.V.Sushinskaya<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The seminar ended with a screening of the documentary film \u00abThe History of the Great Victory\u00bb<\/strong> prepared on the basis of newsreel materials stored in the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
