In the Year of Improvement<\/strong> (the first year of the Five-Year Plan of Quality<\/strong>), the staff of the Belarusian Center for Digitalization of Archival Activities<\/strong> took an active part in improving the environment, starting with a general cleaning of their offices and common areas – a conference room and a dining room. All the windows were washed, dust was wiped off cabinets and shelves, desks, computers and peripheral equipment. The computer monitors were returned to their original brightness using special wet wipes.<\/p>\n

And the clean-up day began with an unscheduled safety briefing<\/strong>, including instructions for the safe implementation of planned work. The briefing was conducted by the Deputy Director of the Center A.A.Paplevka<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Throughout the clean-up day, the group responsible for posting information on the progress of the clean-up day in all archival institutions of the country on the industry website worked hard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
