On April 12, 2025, a republican clean-up day<\/strong> was held at the National Historical Archives of Belarus<\/strong>. Together with the staff of the NIA of Belarus, the clean-up day was attended by the Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice Oleg Voinov, Deputy Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice Aleksey Tsvetkov<\/strong>, heads of departments of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice, employees of the Belarusian Research Institute of Documentation and Archival Affairs, and directors of republican archival institutions.<\/p>\n

Before the event, a targeted briefing on labor protection when performing various types of work was held<\/strong>. During the clean-up day, the work team was engaged in landscaping the territory adjacent to the archive building. The work included cleaning up garbage, planting trees, improving the lawn around the archive building, cleaning the blind area, filling the joints of paving slabs with sand, painting the metal covers of sewer manholes and the garbage collection container. Cleaning was also carried out in the office spaces and storage areas of the archive, including washing the windows. The work was carried out with enthusiasm and accompanied by music. At the end of the clean-up day, all its participants were in for a pleasant surprise: hot soldier’s porridge, as well as sweet treats and hot drinks (tea, coffee)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
