{"id":1018596,"date":"2025-03-25T15:43:41","date_gmt":"2025-03-25T12:43:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/?p=1018596"},"modified":"2025-03-25T15:43:41","modified_gmt":"2025-03-25T12:43:41","slug":"on-the-visit-of-the-brest-region-state-archives-by-students-of-the-brest-state-college-of-communications","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/news\/1018596","title":{"rendered":"On the visit of the Brest Region State Archives by students of the Brest State College of Communications"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On March 21, 2025, as part of the <strong>\u00abArchives for School\u00bb<\/strong> campaign, <strong>the Brest Region State Archives<\/strong> was visited by 3rd-year students of the educational institution <strong>\u00abBrest State College of Communications\u00bb<\/strong> studying in the specialty \u00abDocumentation Support of Management\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Svetlana Kozlova, Head of the Department of Records Management and Formation of the National Archival Fund<\/strong>, spoke in detail about the formation of documents in organizations that are sources of the archive and the procedure for transferring them to the archive for permanent storage.<\/p>\n<p>Employees of the Department of Use and Publication of Documents told the students about the history of the archive, the conditions for storing and using archival documents.
