On March 14, 2025, on the eve of the Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong>, which is celebrated on March 15, the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as BGAMLI) together with the Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as BGANTD) held a Single Information Day<\/strong> on the topic \u00abThe Constitution of the Republic of Belarus – the legal foundation of the unity and prosperity of the Belarusian people\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The event was organized with the aim of improving the legal culture of BGAMLI and BGANTD employees, as well as explaining the key provisions of the Basic Law of the country.<\/p>\n

The audience was addressed by Associate Professor of the Department of Public Administration of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus, Master of Public Administration, Candidate of Legal Sciences A.V.Gulyakevich<\/strong>. In his message, he covered in detail the following issues:<\/p>\n

\u2022 History of the development and adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Basic principles of the constitutional system of Belarus.<\/p>\n

\u2022 The rights and freedoms of citizens enshrined in the Constitution.<\/p>\n

\u2022 The role of the Constitution in ensuring the unity and prosperity of the Belarusian people.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Amendments and additions made to the Constitution following the results of the republican referendum.<\/p>\n

At the end of the event, the employees of BGAMLI and BGANTD had the opportunity to ask the lecturer questions of interest and receive qualified answers.<\/p>\n

The management of BGAMLI congratulates all citizens of the Republic of Belarus on Constitution Day and wishes peace, goodness and prosperity.<\/strong><\/p>\n
