{"id":1018224,"date":"2025-02-28T08:38:59","date_gmt":"2025-02-28T05:38:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/?p=1018224"},"modified":"2025-02-28T08:38:59","modified_gmt":"2025-02-28T05:38:59","slug":"campaign-archives-for-school-in-the-institution-state-archives-of-public-associations-of-the-gomel-region","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/news\/1018224","title":{"rendered":"Campaign \u00abArchives for School\u00bb in the institution \u00abState Archives of Public Associations of the Gomel Region\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On February 27, 2025, as part of the republican campaign <strong>\u00abArchives for School\u00bb<\/strong> on the basis of the institution <strong>\u00abState Archives of Public Associations of the Gomel Region\u00bb<\/strong>, a lesson-excursion was held for students of the educational institution <strong>\u00abGomel State Machine-Building College\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The students were presented with the memories of veterans of the Great Patriotic War who participated in the defense of Gomel, personal files of the participants of the Gomel People&#8217;s Militia Regiment, as well as documents testifying to the damage caused by the Nazi invaders during the Great Patriotic War.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, a film screening prepared by <strong>the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents<\/strong> was organized for the students, as well as a visit to the exhibition of archival documents and photographs <strong>\u00abHeroes of the Great Victory\u00bb<\/strong>, which is exhibited in the reading room of the state archive.<\/p>\n<p>In conclusion, the children were given a tour of the archive storage facility, during which they learned about the main areas of work of the archive.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table border=\"0\"  width=\"100%\" cellpadding=\"5\" cellspacing=\"0\" class=\"gen_table\">\n<tr align='center'>\n<td align='center'><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/1-143.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" id=\"media-1066007\" class=\"wp-image-1066007 alignnone size-full\" width=\"80%\" \/><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td align='center'>1.
