The students got acquainted with the archival work on the formation, accounting and preservation of the fund, as well as the conditions for storing documents in the archive storage. Marina Bortnovskaya told the students about interesting historical facts &#8211; about how at the beginning of the twentieth century, documents for storage in the archive were accepted by weight &#8211; first in poods, then in kilograms. In modern times, archives are replenished in storage units.
