On February 5, 2025, on the basis of the State Educational Institution \u00abSecondary School No.75 of Gomel\u00bb<\/strong>, on the eve of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory, a dialogue platform with students and a meeting with relatives of the military intelligence officer, Hero of the Soviet Union, a native of the city of Gomel Semyon Davidovich Kremer<\/strong> – granddaughter Lyudmila Vasilyeva and members of her family – took place.<\/p>\n

The event was attended by the director of the archive Yuri Shestopalov<\/strong> and senior researcher of the archive Maya Vashchenko<\/strong>, as well as the head of the education department of the Novobelitsky district administration Irina Degtyarova, director of school No.75 Marina Chernenko and the chairman of the Gomel regional organization of veterans of military intelligence Mikhail Tishin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The meeting took place thanks to the close cooperation of the school with the state archive of the Gomel region<\/strong>, in the reading room of which practical classes and lessons of the \u00abYoung Archivist\u00bb club are held within the framework of the pilot project \u00abArchives for School\u00bb<\/strong>. The members of the club, based on the results of studying the historical and archival documents of the military intelligence officer Semyon Davidovich Kremer, under the guidance of the history teacher Anton Ermoolenko, managed to find and organize a meeting with relatives living in the Russian Federation. The ceremonially opened museum exposition of military intelligence officers was replenished with family photographs and documents donated by relatives of the Hero of the Soviet Union, intelligence officer Semyon Davidovich Kremer. The exposition also presented photographs from the funds of the Gomel Regional Archive. The dialogue platform \u00abDialogue of Generations. Heirs of Victory\u00bb<\/strong> was held in the format of questions that school students asked the participants of the event. The event ended with a symbolic act of gluing paper cranes to the stand \u00abCranes of Our Memory\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
