On January 24, 2025, the final meeting of the staff<\/strong> of the state institution \u00abNational Historical Archives of Belarus\u00bb<\/strong> was held. The meeting was attended by the Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus Oleg Voinov<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The director of the archive Mikhail Glushakov<\/strong> summed up the work on the implementation of the main performance indicators in the field of ensuring the preservation of documents, their use, research and publication activities, the creation and improvement of a scientific reference apparatus, automated archival technologies and information retrieval systems.<\/p>\n

The work of each department was assessed and the tasks facing the archive in 2025 were outlined. The archive management expressed words of gratitude to the team for the fruitful work in fulfilling the tasks facing the archive.<\/p>\n

Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus Oleg Voinov gave a positive assessment of the work of the archive<\/strong>, and gave a number of instructions aimed at improving the activities of the institution in the coming year.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, a number of archive employees were solemnly awarded.<\/p>\n

Gratitude from the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus was announced to:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Romankevich Oksana Fedorovna<\/strong>, Head of the Department of Ancient Acts.<\/p>\n

For conscientious and fruitful work, high professionalism, exemplary performance of official duties, the Certificate of Honor of the National Historical Archives of Belarus was awarded to:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kanopatsky Ruslan Aleksandrovich<\/strong>, Chief Engineer;<\/p>\n

Kutukova Galina Nikolaevna<\/strong>, Head of the Department of Preservation of Documents and Collections;<\/p>\n

Karaffa-Korbut Olga Gennadyevna<\/strong>, Head of the Sector of Thematic and Genealogical Research of the Department of Use of Documents, Information and Publication Activities.<\/p>\n

Zenko Aksana Leonidovna<\/strong>, Deputy Head of the Department of Document Use, Information and Publishing Activities;<\/p>\n

Sheveleva Tatyana Vasilyevna<\/strong>, Deputy Head of the Department of Preservation of Documents and Collections;<\/p>\n

The gratitude of the National Historical Archives of Belarus was expressed to:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abaimov Sofia Stepanovna<\/strong>, leading economist;<\/p>\n

Alipchenko Natalya Nikolaevna<\/strong>, 1st category archivist of the Department of Preservation of Documents and Collections;<\/p>\n

Eliseeva Tatyana Valeryevna<\/strong>, 1st category archivist of the Department of Preservation of Documents and Collections;<\/p>\n

Kharyanova Natalya Fateyevna<\/strong>, leading archivist of the documentation support group;<\/p>\n

Shimko Elena Anatolyevna<\/strong>, leading archivist of the Department of Document Use, Information and Publishing Activities.<\/p>\n

The winners of the competition \u00abGenealogy of the Year in the NIA of Belarus\u00bb were solemnly awarded (based on the results of work in 2024).<\/strong><\/p>\n

1st place was taken by Olga Gennadyevna Karaffa-Korbut<\/strong>, Head of the Thematic and Genealogical Research Sector of the Document Use, Information and Publishing Activities Department;<\/p>\n

2nd place was taken by Aksana Leonidovna Zenko<\/strong>, Deputy Head of the Document Use, Information and Publishing Activities Department;<\/p>\n

3rd place was taken by Tatyana Vasilyevna Sheveleva<\/strong>, Deputy Head of the Document and Collections Preservation Department.<\/p>\n
