The following addressed the forum participants with opening remarks: <strong>Director of the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, PhD in History, Associate Professor V.L.Lakiza<\/strong> and <strong>Director of the Scientific and Practical Center for Problems of Strengthening Law and Order of the Prosecutor General&#8217;s Office, PhD in Law I.A.Moroz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Deputy Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus, PhD in History S.V.Kulinok<\/strong> made a report on the topic <strong>\u00abThe System of Police Management Bodies in the General District \u00abBelarus\u00bb<\/strong>.
