{"id":1017237,"date":"2024-12-13T15:04:45","date_gmt":"2024-12-13T12:04:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/?p=1017237"},"modified":"2024-12-13T15:04:45","modified_gmt":"2024-12-13T12:04:45","slug":"archives-for-school-excursion-for-students-of-the-educational-institution-mogilev-state-polytechnic-college","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/news\/1017237","title":{"rendered":"\u00abArchives for School\u00bb: Excursion for students of the educational institution \u00abMogilev State Polytechnic College\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As part of the <strong>\u00abArchives for School\u00bb<\/strong> campaign, on December 12, 2024, students of the educational institution <strong>\u00abMogilev State Polytechnic College\u00bb<\/strong> visited the institution <strong>\u00abState Archives of the Mogilev Region\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leading archivist of the department of scientific use of documents and information Alexander Petukhov<\/strong> introduced the students to the history of archival affairs in the Mogilev region, the specifics of the work of archivists, as well as the banner exhibition <strong>\u00abAgain, let&#8217;s look closer to the past\u00bb<\/strong>, which is dedicated to the history of the city of Mogilev during the Great Patriotic War.<\/p>\n<p>The children were shown the documentary film <strong>\u00abLiberation\u00bb<\/strong>, prepared by the institution <strong>\u00abBelarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents\u00bb<\/strong> (Dzerzhinsk), dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Republic of Belarus from the Nazi invaders, and a conversation was held on the topic \u00abLiberation of Mogilev in 1944\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Then the excursion continued in the document digitization laboratory, where the children were able to see the process of digital processing of archival files.
