United Belarus\u00bb<\/strong>. The material was prepared by <strong>the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong>. In 2024, the Republic of Belarus celebrates a significant anniversary &#8211; <strong>the 30th anniversary of the institution of the presidency<\/strong>. N.Buloichik highlighted the main achievements of our country over the years of independence in various fields: industry, agriculture, food security, space research, energy, transport, medicine, education, physical education and sports, culture.<\/p>\n<p>The next part of the meeting was dedicated to <strong>the International Anti-Corruption Day<\/strong>, which is celebrated annually on December 9, since 2004. <strong>Deputy Director of the National Archives of Belarus Sergei Ryndin<\/strong> presented to his colleagues an exhibition of documents entitled <strong>\u00abCombating Corruption in the Belarusian Lands in the 19th-Early 20th Century (Based on Materials from the National Historical Archives of Belarus)\u00bb<\/strong>. It includes documents from 1829-1916, which contain examples of corrupt practices in the administrative apparatus of the Minsk, Vitebsk and Mogilev provinces. Bribery was the most common offense.
