On December 6, 2024, a joint meeting of the work collectives of the National Archives of Belarus<\/strong> and the Belarusian Research Institute of Documentation and Archival Affairs<\/strong> was held in the conference hall of the National Historical Archives of Belarus<\/strong>, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus \u00abOn the Creation of the Union State\u00bb<\/strong>. This significant event took place on December 8, 1999.<\/p>\n

Director of the National Archives of Belarus Mikhail Glushakov<\/strong> congratulated his colleagues on the anniversary date and noted its significance in the history of both states. As part of the event, Deputy Director of BelNIIDAD for Research, PhD in Philosophy Sergei Mishuk<\/strong> spoke to the audience, telling the employees of the institutions about the prerequisites for the creation of the Union State, the development of Belarusian-Russian relations over the past 25 years.<\/p>\n

The employees of the NIA of Belarus and BelNIIDAD were shown a video dedicated to the history of the creation and construction of the Union State of Belarus and Russia.<\/p>\n
