{"id":1017129,"date":"2024-12-06T12:32:47","date_gmt":"2024-12-06T09:32:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/?p=1017129"},"modified":"2024-12-06T12:32:47","modified_gmt":"2024-12-06T09:32:47","slug":"republican-campaign-archives-for-school-in-bgamli-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archives.gov.by\/en\/news\/1017129","title":{"rendered":"Republican campaign \u00abArchives for School\u00bb in BGAMLI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On December 5, 2024, the campaign <strong>\u00abArchives for School\u00bb<\/strong> was held in <strong>the Belarusian State Archives and Museum<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as BGAMLI), within the framework of which a training seminar-workshop was held on the topic: <strong>\u00abOrganization of work with funds of personal origin\u00bb<\/strong> for 4th-year students of the specialty \u00abhistorical and archival science\u00bb of <strong>the history faculty of BSU<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>During the course of it, students got acquainted with the methods of work of BGAMLI on collecting, storing and using documents of personal origin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Director of the archive-museum E.A.Makarenko<\/strong> paid special attention to the issues of staffing BGAMLI with documents of personal origin, the creation of a scientific reference apparatus for them. <strong>Leading archivist G.B.Bogomolova<\/strong> spoke about the specifics of the scientific and technical processing of such documents. <strong>Leading archivist L.Yu.Studinskaya<\/strong> covered issues of record keeping and ensuring the safety of personal documents, demonstrated fund files, fund cards, explained the differences between delivery inventories, price inventories and inventories of personal files.<\/p>\n<p>Using the example of exhibitions dedicated to the 100th anniversary of V. Bykov and the 125th anniversary of M.
