On November 13, 2024, O.L.Voinov<\/strong>, Director of the Archives and Records Management Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong>, paid a working visit to Pinsk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The working meeting was attended by the head of the Department of Archival institutions, notaries and registry offices of the Main Department of Justice of the Brest Regional Executive Committee N.M.Kralko<\/strong>, Deputy Head of the Department of Record Keeping, formation and preservation of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Belarus Department A.V.Kochetkova<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

O.L.Voinov visited all the premises of the Zonal State Archive in Pinsk, which are located in three buildings. Major and ongoing repairs are currently being completed in them. The Director of the Department met with representatives of the contractor \u2013 GP \u00abPMK – 5\u00bb UKS Pinsk and the construction customer \u2013 UKS Pinsk. During the discussion of the results of the work performed, O.L.Voinov pointed out the need for strict quality control and deadlines for the completion of the facility (modernization of the facade of the archive building), which was postponed to the end of November. <\/p>\n

The Director of the Department listened to the report of the director of the Zonal State Archive in Pinsk, O.S.Gonchar<\/strong>, visited the archives and working premises, got acquainted with the working conditions of archivists. The Director of the Department gave a positive assessment of the work of Pinsk archivists. <\/p>\n

During the business trip, the Pinsk City Archive was also visited. The head of the archive, A.O.Volodkovich, acquainted the Director of the Department with the conditions for storing documents and the work of archivists of the territorial archive.<\/p>\n
