On November 12, 2024, the opening of the International Media Marathon \u00abWithout limitation: the Unconquered\u00bb<\/strong> took place in Mogilev. The socially significant project \u00abWithout limitation: the Unconquered\u00bb is being implemented in Belarus by the Interregional public Organization \u00abChildren’s Media Association \u00abBoomerang\u00bb<\/strong> with the support of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus. The venue of the media marathon is Mogilev State Electrotechnical College. The main organizers were the Belarusian State Archive of Film and Photographic Documents and the State Archive of the Mogilev region.<\/p>\n

Alexey Evgenyevich Tsvetkov<\/strong>, Deputy Director of the Archives and Records Management Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, Andrey Borisovich Zablotsky<\/strong>, Head of the Main Department for Education of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, Andrey Mikhailovich Stolyarov<\/strong>, Head of the Main Department of Justice of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, Andrey Nikolaevich Gonchar<\/strong>, Director of the Belarusian State Archive of Film and Photographic Documents, addressed the participants of the competition and all guests of the event with a welcoming speech, The head of the National Center of Historical Memory under the President of the Russian Federation, Elena Petrovna Malysheva<\/strong>, addressed the participants of the event with a video message.<\/p>\n

A.E.Tsvetkov<\/strong> noted in his speech that the intensification of the work of the archives of Belarus on the use of documents of the National Archival Fund is aimed primarily at fostering citizenship and patriotism in Belarusian society and countering attempts to falsify history.<\/p>\n

The director of the NGO \u00abChildren’s Media Association \u00abBoomerang\u00bb N.V.Vasilyeva held a demonstration of the project \u00abWithout a statute of limitations: the unconquered\u00bb. Advisor to the Director of the Analytical Department of the Gosfilmofond, Honorary Archivist of the Russian Federation R.M.Moiseeva conducted a master class on working with archival documents. The participants of the competition saw a master class in directing performed by the screenwriter, director, member of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia Tatyana Vladimirovna Miroshnik. The master class on film editing was conducted by cinematographer and editor Burdasova Svetlana Igorevna. The working day ended with practical classes on shooting educational films in the Film Laboratory of Young Cinematographers.<\/p>\n

The young authors were given tasks to prepare works on topics related to the events of the Great Patriotic War, based on the use of audiovisual chronicles presented by the Belarusian State Archive of Film and Photographic Documents. <\/p>\n

The media marathon will continue on November 13 and 14, 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n
