On November 5, 2024, a delegation of the Institute of History named after Sh.Marjani of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan<\/strong> arrived at the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as NARB). The delegation included: Deputy Director for Research, PhD in Pedagogical Sciences M.M.Gibatdinov; Academic Secretary, PhD in History A.S.Bushuev; Head of the Center for Research of the Golden Horde and Tatar Khanates, PhD in History I.M.Mirgaleev; Head of the Department of Modern History, PhD in History I.I.Khanipova<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The following participated in the meeting from the Belarusian side: Director of NARB A.K.Demyanyuk; Deputy Director of NARB, PhD in History S.V.Kulinok; Head of the Department of Use of Documents and Information M.A.Starostenko; Head of the Department of Personal Funds I.V.Dorogush; Acting Head of the Publications Department U.A.Kolobaeva and Deputy Head of the Information Retrieval Systems Department V.Yu.Monzul<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Director of NARB welcomed the delegation of scientists from Kazan and spoke about the close contacts between archivists of Belarus and the Republic of Tatarstan. Deputy Director of NARB S.V. Kulinok spoke about the main areas of NARB’s work and introduced scientists to the documentary publications of the archive and the banner exhibition \u00abRepublic-Partisan\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The scientists from Kazan were shown original documents on Belarusian-Tatar interaction, as well as the most interesting documents on the history of the partisan movement in Belarus.<\/p>\n

During the visit, specific projects on scientific interaction between NARB and the Sh.Marjani Institute of History<\/strong> were discussed.<\/p>\n
