On October 30-31, 2024, the Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation<\/strong> took part in the XXI International Scientific Conference \u00abYouth in Science 2024\u00bb<\/strong>, held at the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This is an annual conference for young scientists, postgraduates, master’s students and students working in such areas of science as biology, medicine, physics and technology, physics and mathematics, agriculture, chemistry and earth sciences, humanities and arts.<\/p>\n

This year, a record 600 participants and more than 20 sections were announced for the conference. Representatives from academic organizations and universities of Belarus, Russia, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Turkey took part.<\/p>\n

In the section \u00abHistory, librarianship\u00bb the leading archivist of the department of information and use of documents E.V.Shkut<\/strong> spoke with the report \u00abDocuments of the fund No.186 \u00abChief designer of the Minsk Automobile Plant, professor of the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute Georgy Mikhailovich Kokin\u00bb as a source on the history of the post-war automobile industry of the BSSR\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Following the conference, a collection \u00abYouth in Science – 2024: abstracts of reports of the XXI International Scientific Conference of Young Scientists (Minsk, October 29-31, 2024)\u00bb<\/strong> was published, available at the link<\/a>.<\/p>\n
