On October 31, 2024, as part of providing practical and methodological assistance to organizations-resources of recruitment, on the basis of the Gomel Regional Committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union, the employees of the institution \u00abState Archives of Public Associations of the Gomel Region\u00bb<\/strong> held a training seminar on the topic \u00abOn archival affairs and records management\u00bb for full-time employees of the organizational structures of the BRSM Public Union.<\/p>\n

During the seminar, the archivist of the first qualification category of the records management sector, the formation of the NAF and archives of organizations, Valentina Anatolyevna Fedorova, considered the following issues: the procedure for applying Instruction No. 4, maintaining and processing documents on personnel, compiling a nomenclature of the organization’s cases for 2025, forming personal files, examining the value of documents, and also noted the importance of strict compliance with the requirements of the legislation on records management.<\/p>\n

The event participants had the opportunity to ask questions of interest and receive practical recommendations on working with documents.<\/p>\n

The seminar aroused great interest among the audience and became a valuable tool for improving professional competencies in the field of office work.<\/p>\n
