On October 30, 2024, the Director of the Institution \u00abState Archives of the Gomel Region\u00bb A.N.Sushchevich<\/strong> held a general meeting of the staff. The main topic of the meeting was the resolution of the board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong> in the framework of the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 15, 2014 No.5 \u00abOn strengthening the requirements for management personnel and employees of organizations\u00bb and the Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus of March 11, 2004 No.1 \u00abOn measures to strengthen public safety and discipline\u00bb. The Director of the archive A.N.Sushchevich informed about the results of the work of the board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus on the issue of improving the personnel policy, raising the professional level of archive specialists and compliance with labor protection and labor discipline standards<\/strong>. A.N.Sushchevich noted that this year there were no violations of labor discipline and labor protection standards in the team, which was confirmed by non-departmental and internal audits. At the same time, he drew attention to the fact that compliance with executive and labor discipline is the key to fulfilling work duties. The director proposed to pay special attention to monitoring compliance with the working hours regime and demanded that department heads strengthen control over compliance with labor protection standards. When identifying violations, identify the causes and take measures to prevent negative facts. The timely filling of information resources and social networks with news about the events of the archive by the department of information, publication and use of documents was positively noted.<\/p>\n

An equally important topic at the meeting of the team was the information of the Main Department of Justice of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee<\/strong> on cases of phishing mailings<\/strong>. The director of the archive A.N.Sushchevich gave an explanation of such a phenomenon as \u00abphishing\u00bb and, together with the employees, discussed the increased incidence of telephone fraud aimed at gaining access to personal data. The staff was strongly advised to ignore such mailings and calls. The archive employees signed a statement informing them of phishing mailings and other methods of telephone fraud.<\/p>\n
