On October 15, 2024, the V International Congress of Historians of Belarus \u00abHistorical Science of Belarus: Personalities, Concepts, Achievements (on the 95th Anniversary of the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus)\u00bb<\/strong> was held at the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The work of the congress began with sectional sessions. Deputy Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as NARB), PhD in History S.V.Kulinok<\/strong> moderated the section \u00abSpecial historical sciences. Historical science. Methodology of publication\u00bb, and also presented a report \u00abInteraction of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus and the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in scientific publication work\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At the ceremonial part of the event, the Chairman of the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Academician V.G. Gusakov, Academician-Secretary of the Department of Humanities and Arts of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, Academician A.A.Kovalenya<\/strong>, and representatives of academic and university science of Belarus and Russia addressed the guests and those present with welcoming speeches.<\/p>\n

Deputy Director of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus S.V. Kulinok read out a congratulatory address from the archive management and presented the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus awards: the Director of the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, PhD in History, Associate Professor V.L.Lakiza<\/strong> and the Head of the Center for Military History of Belarus, Doctor of History, Professor A.M.Litvin<\/strong> were awarded the \u00abFor Merit\u00bb badge; the leading researcher of the Center for Military History of Belarus, PhD in History, Associate Professor A.A.Krivorot<\/strong> and the researcher of the same center V.N.Nadtachaev<\/strong> were awarded the NARB certificates of honor.<\/p>\n
