On October 11, 2024, in the assembly hall of the State Educational Institution \u00abContact\u00bb Center for Additional Education for Children and Youth of Minsk<\/strong>, employees of the republican archival institutions took part in the second stage of the amateur art competition of the bodies and organizations of the Ministry of Justice system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The competition was planned by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong> as part of the events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders during the Great Patriotic War<\/strong> and the Year of Quality<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The purpose of the competition is to honor our veterans, winners, thank them for the peaceful sky, and remind us of the past for the sake of the future. Songs and poems are immortal heroes and witnesses of what happened in those years.<\/p>\n

Republican archival institutions presented 6 competition numbers in two nominations, united by a common scenario prepared by the head of the department Department of Information Retrieval Systems and Automated Archival Technologies Natalia Georgievna Pustilnik-Marchuk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The contestants were supported in the hall by Deputy Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus Aleksey Evgenievich Tsvetkov<\/strong>, Chairperson of the Trade Union Committee of the Department Yulia Anatolyevna Zadiran<\/strong>, and employees of the republican archival institutions.<\/p>\n

The first to speak was Yulia Sergeevna Prostakova<\/strong>, a research fellow at the Department of Documents and Information Use of the National Archives of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong>, with the poem \u00abIn May 1945\u2026\u00bb (\u00abWhen She Came to Our City\u2026\u00bb) (author I.Ehrenburg).<\/p>\n

Elena Andreevna Metelitsa<\/strong>, a junior research fellow at the Editorial and Publishing Department of the Belarusian Research Institute of Document Science and Archival Affairs<\/strong>, told the audience about love and hope during the difficult years of the war in the song \u00abOgonyok\u00bb (words by M.Isakovsky, music by an unknown author).<\/p>\n

Mezga Sergei Ilyich<\/strong>, Deputy Director of the Central Laboratory for Preservation of Documents of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong>, performed his original work, \u00abBallad of the Kurgan\u00bb, written in the spring of 2024.<\/p>\n

The song by Yuri Vizbor, \u00abThis City is Called Polotsk\u00bb, was performed by Nikolai Georgievich Kostyukevich<\/strong>, Head of the Electronic Documents Archive of the Belarusian Scientific Research Center for Electronic Documentation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The performance of archivists was continued by Mamoiko Viktor Leonovich<\/strong>, Chief Engineer of the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents<\/strong>, with the song \u00abBullfinches\u00bb (lyrics by M.Dudin, composer Yu.Antonov).<\/p>\n

Sargan Irina Yuryevna<\/strong>, Chief Accountant of the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents<\/strong>, with her daughter Sargan Maria<\/strong>, performed the poem \u00abBarbarism\u00bb (author – Mussa Jalil). The contestants were awarded diplomas of the Ministry of Justice for participation in the review-competition of amateur performances of bodies and organizations of the system of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.<\/p>\n

Based on the results of the competition, the 1st degree Diploma in the nomination \u00abOriginal genre\u00bb<\/strong> was awarded to Sargan Irina Yuryevna<\/strong> and Sargan Maria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Summing up the performance of our participants, A.E.Tsvetkov<\/strong> noted that the level of preparation of the numbers is growing from year to year.<\/p>\n

The performances of all our participants were distinguished by their emotionality and sincerity. The numbers were artistically filled, with elements of stage art, accompanied by carefully selected video sequences.<\/p>\n

The introductions of the hosts – employees of the National Historical Archive of Belarus<\/strong>: Buloichik Natalia Tomashevna<\/strong> and Ryndin Sergei Nikolaevich<\/strong> – were capacious and colorful.<\/p>\n

The high level of preparation of the numbers and the creative skill of the archivists were noted, which created a unique atmosphere at the concert.<\/p>\n
