On September 24, 2024, in the reading room of the institution \u00abState Archives of the Gomel Region\u00bb<\/strong>, the archive staff was presented with a documentary exhibition \u00abGomel Region Industry with the Quality Mark\u00bb, dedicated to the Year of Quality. The documents presented at the exhibition reflect the history of the quality movement at the enterprises of the Gomel region, whose work collectives were at the forefront of the struggle for labor productivity, achieving improved quality, reliability and durability of manufactured products. For example, the following documents are presented at the exhibition: \u00abOrder of the Director of the Gomel Plant of Measuring Instruments on holding a factory inspection of the quality, reliability and durability of manufactured products. July 2, 1973\u00bb, \u00abResolution of the factory conference on quality at the Gomel Plant of Measuring Instruments. June 1980\u00bb, \u00abTable of indicators characterizing the activities of the Gomel Plant of Measuring Instruments to improve the quality of industrial products for 1979\u00bb, \u00abExtract from the minutes of the meeting of the Council of the primary organization of the Scientific and Technical Association of the Gomel Plant of Measuring Instruments on the submission to the Soyuznalitpribor of materials for the competition for the Diploma of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions and the USSR State Standard \u00abFor achieving the best results in the production of products with the State Quality Mark\u00bb. January 9, 1980\u00bb, \u00abRecommendation for awarding the Diploma of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions and the State Standard to the Gomel Plant of Measuring Instruments \u00abFor achieving the best results in the production of products with the State Quality Mark based on the results of work for 1979\u00bb, \u00abCertificate of the Gomel Regional Laboratory of State Supervision of Standards and Measuring Equipment on the production of products by the Gomel Plant of Measuring Instruments with the State Quality Mark. January 7, 1975, which indicates that four models of machine tools have been awarded the State Quality Mark\u00bb, \u00abMinutes of the Quality Day at the Gomel Machine-Tool Plant named after S.M. January 6, 1971\u00bb, \u00abLetter from the Director of the Gomselmash Plant, which provides information on the activities to prepare the forage harvester for State certification for the Quality Mark. February 3, 1971\u00bb, \u00abInformation on the progress of socialist competition at the Gomel Fat Plant. 1980, which contains information on the release of 10 types of products with the Quality Mark\u00bb, etc. In total, more than 50 documents are presented at the exhibition.<\/p>\n

In the future, the archive plans to use the documentary exhibition \u00abGomel Region Industry with the Quality Mark\u00bb in various events, such as lessons for students as part of the \u00abArchives to School\u00bb campaign, dialogue platforms, round tables, etc.<\/p>\n
