On September 12, 2024, an open day was held at the Zonal State Archives in Rechitsa<\/strong>, dedicated to the 102nd anniversary of the formation of the archival service of the Republic of Belarus. On this day, students of the Rechitsa State Technical College (Ozershchina village, Rechitsa district) were among the guests of the archive. A tour of the archive was held for them.<\/p>\n

In the archive storage, archivist of the 2nd qualification category of the department of preservation and state registration of documents T.V. Frolova presented to the students the most interesting documents from the technical college fund, reflecting the history of their educational institution. Head of the department of work with archives of organizations, acquisition and office work I.V. Komar spoke about the work on preparing documents for acceptance for permanent storage and funds of personal origin. In the reading room, the students of the technical college got acquainted with the scientific reference library of the archive and the exhibition of archival documents of OJSC Rechitsadrev. In honor of the upcoming National Unity Day (September 17), the young guests were shown the documentary film \u00abReunification\u00bb, prepared by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents.<\/p>\n

In order to popularize the Rechitsa State Archive, the students of the Rechitsa Technical College received as a gift business cards of the archive with QR codes of the website \u00abArchives of Belarus\u00bb and video tours of the archive.<\/p>\n
