The concept of \u00abagreement\u00bb, \u00abcollective agreement\u00bb, \u00absocial partnership\u00bb has firmly entered the life of the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art<\/strong> (hereinafter-BGAMLI).<\/p>\n

On August 28, 2024, a trade union meeting was held in BGAMLI, on the agenda of which the draft collective agreement was discussed. Director of the Archive-Museum E.A.Makarenko<\/strong> and chairman of the primary trade union organization of BGAMLI (hereinafter-the PTUO) M.A.Filimontseva<\/strong> introduced in detail the presented employees-members of the trade union with the content of the project of the collective agreement aimed at solving socio-economic problems and clearly oriented at improving the position of archive-museum employees with certain additional guarantees.<\/p>\n

The social partnership between the leadership and the trade union committee of the Bgamli PTUO is expressed not only in the adoption of regulatory legal documents, but also in the real participation of both parties in the business life of each other’s business. The trade union committee of the Bgamli PTUO supports state policy in the field of labor protection and builds its work on the principle of the priority of the life and health of its employees.<\/p>\n

Based on the results of the meeting, a unanimous decision was made to approve the draft collective agreement in the proposed edition.<\/p>\n
