We brought this day closer as best we could\u00bb<\/strong> the institution <strong>\u00abState Archive of the Gomel Region\u00bb<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the State Archive) organized a screening of the documentary film <strong>\u00abLiberation\u00bb<\/strong> for the teams of <strong>the Sports and Tourism Department of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee<\/strong> and <strong>the Gomel Regional Directorate of the Department of State Labor Inspection of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong>, numbering 35 people.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to the participants of the event, <strong>GAGom director Andrei Nikolaevich Suschevich<\/strong> spoke about the project \u00abOpen Film Archive. We brought this day closer as best we could\u00bb, which was prepared by <strong>the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo and Sound Documents<\/strong>, where the story of the liberation of the cities of Belarus is told in chronological order.<\/p>\n<p>Before watching the documentary film \u00abLiberation\u00bb, the employees talked about the events of the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945) and the need to preserve historical memory.
