30 years ago, the Belarusian people made a fateful choice, predetermining the future of the country for many years to come<\/strong>. On July 10, 1994, Alexander Lukashenko won a landslide victory in the second round of the presidential elections, becoming the first President of Independent Belarus. \u00abNeither with the left nor with the right, but with his people\u00bb – this was the slogan with which the future Head of State went to the elections. He still sticks to it to this day. 30 years<\/p>\n

The priority of the Belarusian state is people and their problems. And the authorities are doing everything possible to ensure that the country does not stop developing.<\/p>\n

The archivists of the \u00abZonal State Archive in Molodechno\u00bb<\/strong> spoke about what the Vileika, Volozhin, Molodechno, and Myadel regions<\/strong> are proud of, using the example of documents from three decades. The poster exhibition includes decisions on the construction of new industrial and socio-cultural facilities (Palace of Culture, amphitheater and Ice Arena, secondary school \u00ab14\u00bb, \u00abKindergarten-primary school\u00bb, reconstruction of the children\u2019s hospital building in Molodechno, etc.), on the development of a large , medium and small businesses (the decision on permission to build gas stations of a foreign enterprise in Volozhin, the creation of the Vileyka Center for Entrepreneurship Support, etc.), on the transformation of villages into agricultural towns, on the improvement and development of urban areas (the creation of a hydraulic system with fountains and reservoirs, construction of new residential complexes), on the preparation of events, including republican significance (for example, \u00abDozhinki-2011\u00bb in Molodechno, the National Festival of Belarusian Song and Poetry, etc.), agreements on social partnership between organizations and entire cities, and certainly – about patriotic events: the opening of memorial plaques and the installation of memorial signs, holding Memory Watches and City Day.<\/p>\n

Visitors to the archive can familiarize themselves with documentary evidence of these and other facts of creative development.<\/p>\n
