On June 20, 2024, in the assembly hall of the State Educational Institution \u00abSecondary School No.27 of Minsk\u00bb<\/strong> a review competition of amateur performances was held among republican archival institutions<\/strong>. The competition was planned as part of events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The event was attended by the Director of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus Oleg Leonidovich Voinov<\/strong> and the Chairman of the Minsk City Committee of the Belarusian Trade Union of Workers of State and Other Institutions Vladimir Iosifovich Zubrik<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The concert was attended by more than 20 representatives from republican archival institutions – the National Archive of the Republic of Belarus, the National Historical Archive of Belarus, the National Historical Archive in Grodno, the Belarusian State Archive of Film and Photo Documents, the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art, the Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation, Belarusian Research Institute of Documentation and Archiving, Belarusian Research Center for Electronic Documentation, Central Laboratory for Document Preservation of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong>. Children and relatives of employees also performed on stage.<\/p>\n

As part of the competition, the jury assessed such criteria as the originality of the idea, the relevance of the topic, and the quality of execution.<\/p>\n

The performers impressed the audience with their talents, originality and passion for the arts.<\/p>\n

The jury noted the high level of preparation of the performances and the creative skills of the participants, which created a unique atmosphere at the concert.<\/p>\n

Following the results of the competition, the chairman of the jury, deputy director of the Department for Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus Alexey Evgenievich Tsvetkov<\/strong> presented diplomas to the winners.<\/p>\n

III degree diploma – Elena Andreevna Metelitsa<\/strong>, junior researcher of the editorial and publishing department of BELNIIDAD with the song \u00abOgonyok\u00bb (words by M. Isakovsky, music by an unknown author);<\/p>\n

Second degree diploma – Viktor Leonovich Mamoiko<\/strong>, chief engineer of BGAKFFD with the song \u00abBullfinches\u00bb lyrics by M.Dudin, composer Yu. Antonov);<\/p>\n

First degree diploma \u2013 Victoria Oktavianovna Medzhlumova<\/strong>, leading archivist of the Department of Automated Archival Technologies of the NIAB with the song \u00abBallad of Military Pilots\u00bb from the film \u00abNight Witches in the Sky\u00bb (words by E.Yevtushenko, composer E. Krylatov).<\/p>\n

First degree diploma – Sargan Irina Yuryevna<\/strong>, chief accountant of BGAKFFD with her daughter Sargan Maria (Poem \u00abBarbarism\u00bb, Mussa Jalil).<\/p>\n

The Audience Award<\/strong> was presented by the Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management Oleg Leonidovich Voinov to Nikolai Georgievich Kostyukevich<\/strong>, head of the archive of electronic documents of the Belarusian Research Center for Electronic Documentation, for the performance of Yuri Vizbor\u2019s song \u00abThis city is called Polotsk\u00bb.<\/p>\n

The atmosphere of the holiday was permeated with the memory of the heroic exploits of our soldiers during the Great Patriotic War.<\/p>\n

The concert ended with a screening of the film \u00abOperation Bagration\u00bb<\/strong>, prepared by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo and Sound Documents<\/strong>, and words of gratitude to the organizers, participants and spectators for their participation and support of talented archivists.<\/p>\n
