On June 6, 2024, as part of the republican action \u00abArchives for School\u00bb, an excursion was held at the Belarusian State Archive-Museum of Literature and Art<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as BSAMLA) for 3rd year students (group No. 2) of the specialty \u00abdocument management\u00bb of the correspondence course of education at the Faculty of History of BSU .<\/p>\n

The acquaintance with BSAMLA began with a tour of the archive-museum and continued with a review of the composition of the documents of the funds under the supervision of the leading archivist of the department of information, publication and use of documents T.V. Kekeleva. The leading archivist of the document preservation department, L.Yu., shared her experience in organizing state accounting in BSAMLA. Studzinskaya.<\/p>\n

The implementation of the theoretical side of the event continued under the leadership of the director of BSAMLA E.A. Makarenko during the lecture: \u00abOrganization of preservation, creation and development of scientific reference apparatus, use of archival documents.\u00bb<\/p>\n

Future document specialists had the opportunity to get acquainted with the rich collection of BSAMLA, valuable documents and museum objects. The excursion became an interesting and educational experience for students, which allowed them to deepen their knowledge about the history and culture of Belarus.<\/p>\n
