This is the book <strong>\u00abVitsebshchyna in the Dziarzhaina-teraryal settlement of Savetskaya Belarus (1919\u20131924)\u00bb<\/strong> and the collection <strong>\u00abTalachyn region: history and cultural decline of the region\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The first edition uses documents from the State Archives of the Vitebsk Region and zonal state archives in the cities. Orsha and Polotsk.
