On May 27, 2024, a ceremonial meeting of the workforce dedicated to the 56th anniversary of the archive was held at the Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On this day in 1968, the Council of Ministers of the Byelorussian SSR adopted a resolution which stated: \u00abTo create in Minsk the Central State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation of the BSSR (TSGANTD BSSR) within the framework of the labor plan and budgetary allocations approved by the Archive Department under the Council Ministers of the BSSR for 1968\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Thanks to this document, an archive specializing in scientific and technical documentation appeared in the country.<\/p>\n

Director of the archive A.P.Kurakov<\/strong> made a congratulatory speech. Andrey Petrovich noted the good and united work of the team. The 56th anniversary of BGANTD became a reason for pride in past achievements and an incentive for further development and improvement of the archive.<\/p>\n

As part of the celebration of the 56th anniversary of the Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation and the republican action \u00abArchives for School\u00bb<\/strong>, an excursion was organized for students of the Minsk State College of Architecture and Civil Engineering and a visit to the archive staff of the museum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.<\/p>\n

The excursionists got acquainted with the history of the Belarusian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation, its structure, areas of activity, types of documents and document search capabilities.<\/p>\n

During the excursion, visitors were shown the drawings according to which the building of the Minsk State College of Architecture and Construction in Minsk was built (design by architect V. Gerashchenko). Currently, it houses college classrooms.<\/p>\n
