In Molodechno, on the eve of May 9, the regional stage of the choreographic competition \u00abVictory Waltz – 2024\u00bb was held. The organizer is traditionally the RPO \u00abBelaya Rus\u00bb. The director of the Zonal State Archive in Molodechno<\/strong>, Inna Pudakevich<\/strong>, took part in the event as a member of the jury.<\/p>\n

The choreographic numbers were performed by the contestants at a high level and were accompanied by theatrical sketches reflecting the spirit of the times, civic dedication, patriotism, and devotion to the Motherland.<\/p>\n

Based on the results of the jury’s assessment, the performers of the best numbers received diplomas, certificates and valuable gifts from the regional organization of the public association \u00abBelaya Rus\u00bb. By the way, the competition does not lose its relevance from year to year.<\/p>\n

– Patriotism (even through dance) is difficult to measure by first, second or third place. He either exists or he doesn’t. And those who truly love their homeland value the country where they were born and raised and its values.
\nand a national treasure – already a winner. You are great for not only preserving traditions, but also protecting historical truth and memory
\nabout the feat of the Belarusian people,\u00bb Inna Zenonovna addressed the participants.
\nAt the end of the event, those present were shown the film \u00abLiberation\u00bb, which was based on archival audio
\nand video materials reflecting the stages of the main battles for the Great Victory.<\/p>\n

For reference: The Great Patriotic War became a catalyst for the development of art in the Soviet Union. The creative intelligentsia was also involved in protecting the country. But artists, in addition to the direct, physical battle with the enemy, also had an equally important task: to support those who fought at the front and those remaining in the rear. Literature, painting, graphics and cinema received particular development during the Second World War.<\/p>\n
