We brought this day closer as best we could\u00bb<\/strong>, a film lecture was held for students of the educational institution <strong>\u00abBelarusian State University of Food and Chemical Technologies\u00bb<\/strong>. During it, the documentary film \u00abBiography of my country\u00bb was shown. Minsk\u00bb, prepared by the institution <strong>\u00abBelarusian State Archive of Film, Photo and Sound Documents\u00bb<\/strong> (Dzerzhinsk).<\/p>\n<p>Before the start of the session, <strong>the leading archivist of the department for the scientific use of documents and information of the State Archive of the Mogilev Region Alexander Petukhov<\/strong> spoke to the audience. He spoke about the project \u00abOpen Film Archive. We brought this day closer as best we could\u00bb, which is carried out in pursuance of the Plan for the preparation and holding of festive events for the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of October 5, 2023 No.316. He announced information about human losses in years of the Great Patriotic War, about the material damage caused to Belarus by the Nazi invaders during the years of occupation, and documents stored in the institution \u00abState Archive of the Mogilev Region\u00bb on the topic \u00abLiberation and restoration of the city of Mogilev in 1944-1950\u00bb were presented. \u00ab<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the speech, Alexander Petukhov answered questions from the audience, and also informed the audience about the subsequent planned film lectures in cinemas in Mogilev from April to June 2024, which will be implemented during the project \u00abOpen Film Archive.
