On March 22, 2024, a working visit of the Deputy Director of the Department of Archives and Records Management, A.E. Tsvetkov<\/strong>, took place. to the National Historical Archive of Belarus in Grodno for the purpose of receiving and transferring documents and files from the director of the archive, Afanasyeva T.Yu. Deputy Director Olesyuk O.B.<\/p>\n

At a meeting with the workforce, the Deputy Director of the Department positively assessed the activities of the archive, noted the positive atmosphere in the workforce and identified tasks for the near future and for the future. Tsvetkov A.E. was awarded the Gratitude of the Department of Archives and Records Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus to the director of the archive T.Yu. Afanasyeva.<\/p>\n

During the working visit, the Deputy Director of the Department visited the workrooms of the archive, where he got acquainted with the main processes of each department and answered questions from employees, and also visited a laboratory for special processing of archival documents, a scientific reference library, a reading room, a document digitization room and archival storage. Deputy Department Tsvetkov A.E. selectively checked the availability of particularly valuable documents and verified all constituent documents.<\/p>\n
