Archive staff, together with students, discussed how the Constitution serves as the basis for the development of youth potential, the protection of traditional values, the preservation of historical memory, and discussed the legal and moral aspects of the concepts of \u00abcitizen\u00bb and \u00abresponsibilities of a citizen\u00bb.
