Deputy Director <strong>N.A.Bekish<\/strong> congratulated her colleagues on <strong>the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus<\/strong>, noting that the Constitution is a solid legal basis for state sovereignty and independence. Archive staff discussed the history of the adoption of the Constitution, its significance for society and the state.<\/p>\n<p>During the event, the archive team was shown the film <strong>\u00ab30 years of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus\u00bb<\/strong>, prepared by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, as well as a virtual exhibition <strong>\u00abThe Constitution is the highest legal force of the state\u00bb<\/strong>, prepared by the institution <strong>\u00abBelarusian State Archive of Film, Photo and Sound Documents\u00bb<\/strong> and posted on the institution\u2019s YouTube channel.<\/p>\n<p>On this day, the archive was visited by students of the Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno as part of <strong>the \u00abYoung Archivist\u00bb<\/strong> project. The guys discussed the role of the Constitution in protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens, order and justice in our country.
