The head of the department of compulsory enforcement of the Bobruisk district and the city of Bobruisk, Valentina Viktorovna Sinyavskaya, on the eve of the celebration of <strong>Constitution Day on March 15, 2024<\/strong>, spoke about the history of the emergence of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus as a legal document that guarantees every citizen the freedoms and rights necessary for creative work, a decent life and harmonious all-round development of personality.<\/p>\n<p>Director of the Zonal State Archive in Bobruisk Elena Dmitrievna Zayats introduced students to social videos created within the framework of the Open Film Archive project by the Belarusian State Archive of Film, Photo and Audio Documents.
