Voroshilov of the Mstislavl region for the construction of a landing site\u00bb dated November 16, 1961 No. 883.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the decision, the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee allowed the Mstislavsky District Council of Workers&#8217; Deputies to transfer 24 hectares of arable land to the collective farm to them.
