On February 16, 2024, a reporting and election meeting of the primary trade union organization of employees of the state institution \u00abCentral Laboratory for Ensuring the Preservation of Documents of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Belarus\u00bb<\/strong> was held.<\/p>\n

The meeting was attended by the chairman of the Minsk city organization of the Belarusian trade union of workers of state and other institutions V.I. Zubrik<\/strong>, chaired by the director of the laboratory V.L. Klyuiko<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

According to the agenda, a report was heard from the chairman of the trade union committee, E.Z. Filonovich<\/strong>, on the work done for the period 2019 \u2013 2023, as well as the report of the audit commission for the past five years.<\/p>\n

All speakers noted the positive role of the trade union committee in social support for employees. The work of the trade union committee was considered satisfactory.<\/p>\n

In addition, issues regarding the election of the chairman and members of the trade union committee of the primary trade union organization of the laboratory, as well as the chairman and members of the audit commission for the next five years were considered. The head of the economic department, E.Z. Filonovich, was unanimously re-elected as chairman of the trade union committee, who, in turn, took the Oath of the trade union leader in a solemn atmosphere.<\/p>\n

At the end of the event, the chairman of the Minsk city organization of the Belarusian trade union of workers of state and other institutions, V.I. Zubrik, noted the well-deserved authority of the trade union organization of the laboratory, covering all 100% of workers for many years, introduced those present to the basic principles of the work of the Federation of Trade Unions, and also explained in detail preferences and benefits for trade union members as part of their exercise of their rights to rest and receive sanatorium, medical, preventive and health services in the sanatoriums of the Federation of Trade Unions. The upcoming election campaign did not go unnoticed – Vladimir Iosifovich expressed confidence that all those present would take advantage of their honorable constitutional right to vote.<\/p>\n
