On January 26, 2024, a meeting of archive workers was held in the reading room of the institution \u00abState Archives of the Gomel Region\u00bb<\/strong> as part of a single information day.<\/p>\n

In his report, archive director A.N. Suschevich<\/strong> brought to the attention of the team information about the events that occurred in the country from January 8 to January 14, 2024.<\/p>\n

\u00abPeace is the most important value, and in Belarus they know its value,\u00bb said the President of the Republic of Belarus A.G. on January 9, 2024 at the ceremony of presenting the prize \u00abFor Spiritual Revival\u00bb, a special prize for cultural and artistic figures and the \u00abBelarusian Spartans Alimp\u00bb prize A.G. Lukashenko<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The head of state noted that the projects \u00abLast Witnesses\u00bb and \u00abGenocide without the Right to Life\u00bb are a tribute to the memory of the innocent victims and heroes of the Great Patriotic War.<\/p>\n

According to the President of the Republic of Belarus, patriotism and spirituality are inseparable concepts, because all the best things in life begin with love – for family and friends, small homeland, one\u2019s Fatherland.<\/p>\n

\u00abThe task is to work so that there is a result. And start with yourself: come to work on time, do it efficiently. The President directs everyone towards this,\u00bb emphasized Chairman of the Council of the Republic N.I. Kochanova<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Andrei Nikolaevich also said that on January 10, the formation of voting stations was completed in Belarus. About 5,5 thousand voting stations have been created. The process of nominating candidates for deputies is actively underway. Candidates are nominated by collecting signatures from labor collectives and political parties. From January 16 to January 30, the registration process of candidates for deputies will take place. The campaign period will begin from January 31 to February 24 inclusive.<\/p>\n
